Dr. Josh Bross
As a skilled chiropractor, Dr. Josh Bross brings added value to his patients as he specializes in Active Release and Graston Techniques, and Sports Medicine including serving as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. His unique approach to individualized patient care is based on the evaluation and treatment of the “whole” person.
As a leader in the promotion of health and wellness, Dr. Bross has accumulated an extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal and nutritional components of the human body. His passion for better health for his patients led to the establishment of Elite Chiropractic & Sport.

Dr. Stephen Knoyer is a Doctor of Chiropractic and licensed to practice in the State of Maryland. He is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) and graduated with the D. D. Palmer Memorial Award. This award is granted to a graduate who has displayed characters best exemplifying those of a teacher/faculty member. He was accepted into the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center at Canandaigua, New York and the Veteran’s Administration Community Based Clinic Medical Center in Rochester, New York for his internship. These internships granted him the privilege to rotate with specialties including: Orthopedics, Podiatry, Neurology, Physical Therapy, Dermatology and Primary Care. This provided a unique understanding of how a multidisciplinary setting allows for better patient care and outcomes.
Dr. Knoyer is certified in Graston Technique, Cox Technique and Motion Palpation Institute practitioner. Motion Palpation is an evidence-guided approach to manual health care that utilizes functional tests and screenings to find the cause of the problem. Identifying the cause of the problem will allow a specific treatment plan to resolve the condition and help minimize re-injury or chronic pain in the future. When he is not treating patients you can find him assisting with injuries at martial art tournaments or training in the martial arts of Bando and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Kacey Morris is the Office Manager at Elite Chiropractic & Sport. She have been in the medical industry for more than ten years with extensive knowledge of office billing and health insurance. In the past 5 years she has worked with prostate cancer patients at a radiation oncology office in Baltimore Maryland.
She can be seen at the front desk assisting patients with scheduling patient appointments, verifying patients insurance, obtained referrals, authorizations, pre-certifications and medical records requests.
Kacey is currently pursuing her degree in Healthcare Administration at Iowa Central Community On-line College.
Jay Patel is the chiropractic assistant at Elite Chiropractic and Sport. Jay earned his degree in exercise science from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois. Currently working on getting his Masters degree in exercise science, human performance and injury prevention from California University in Pennsylvania. Jay is currently certified as a speed and explosion coach and in the future will be NASM PES, and NCSA CSCS.
